My process begins with a focused discovery phase. Through in-depth executive conversations and a targeted survey, I develop a clear understanding of how ownership sees the business—its goals, mission, leadership approach, and underlying assumptions. This creates both clarity and readiness: a shared willingness to confront reality, make informed decisions, and remove the barriers limiting growth.

I then gather parallel insights from employees to surface gaps in perspective. Those gaps reveal where alignment is required across mission, messaging, and objectives—reducing internal friction and enabling the organization to move in one direction.
